What this site collects, why, and how to have it removed.

What is collected

If you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you enter are sent to m3tech.ai/ by email and stored in the site database. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

Like most websites, this one records standard technical information when a page is requested — IP address, browser type and the page requested — in server logs held by the hosting provider. If analytics are in use, aggregate visit data is collected; it is not used to identify individuals.

Why

Contact form submissions are used only to reply to your enquiry and to carry on any business conversation that follows. Server logs and analytics are used to keep the site running and to understand which writing people read.

What is not done with it

Your information is not sold, rented or traded. It is not added to a marketing list. There is no newsletter. It is not shared with third parties except the service providers who run this site — the hosting provider, the email delivery provider and, if enabled, the analytics provider — each of whom processes it only to deliver their service.

How long it is kept

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and deleted on request. Server logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s standard period.

Your choices

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@m3tech.ai and it will be actioned. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; those rights are honoured regardless of where you are.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set a functional cookie if you comment or log in, and analytics, where enabled, may set its own.
